They will not provide service unless we hire the tech company to come back to our office to try and set up the machine while on the phone with **. The seller will not reimburse us for the tech cost, nor will they send out a service tech. We simply wish to return the unused defective machine. The seller will not authorize its return.Desired Settlement: Just want to return the defective machine for a full refund.
