Review: I placed an order online for some GBIMC shirts almost 3 months ago, Order [redacted]. A box was received with 1 shirt missing that I ordered which was an XL City Skyline shirt. I never received it and I have emailed 5 times, and even sent messages on [redacted] to representatives of the company regarding this and have received minimal to no response to this issue. It's going on 3 months with no rectification. I have yet to have an answer as to why no refund has been issued along with shipping cost that was paid. I have ordered 100's of shirts from their organization and have had no problem until now.Desired Settlement: I would please like a refund for the cost of the shirt as well as shipping.

Review: On February **, 2015 I placed an order for $170 (including shipping of $26 for a small [redacted] box!). Payment was taken out of my account right away. On February **, 2015 I received an email stating that my package was on it's way, I received a [redacted] tracking # and was informed that it will be delivered in 1-3 days. Today March **, 2015 (19 days later) I received my package: incomplete, clothing damaged and wrong sizes. In the process of waiting for my package NUMEROUS emails were sent to them and did not receive not one response and the one phone number provided on their website is a non working number. I was able to get the address from the package label once received: [redacted] but that comes up as [redacted]. Everyone I know that has ordered from this company has gone through this same headache but wasn't warned until my order was already placedDesired Settlement: I would like my correct order delivered asap, complete, with correct sizes and undamaged. I refuse to pay another $26 for shipping if I do get a replacement. I am willing to send everything back if they pay for the return label AND if they exchange just my children's shirts (all 3) for the next size bigger because their children's sizes run extremely small and the adult sizes run extremely big.
