God Fearing Brothers

I would not recommend this place for nothing they are liars and cheats. To this day I wonder how they stay opened because of all the people they have screwed over in this town.I was in need of a car badly. Yes they worked with me on payments and the down payment. The car itself was way overly priced according to blue book but in bad need of a car I was willing to pay the price Carl was asking. Before signing papers I asked if anything had been touched on the engine He flat out said no he had not touched the engine there was no need to at all because it was a good running car I could have his word on that. Knowing Carl had sold my parents a couple cars in the past that ran great I took his word on it. I had the car for two days it started to over heat I had my dad look at it he had told me I was a little low on fluid I went to the store and bought the fluid that Napa said the factory book said the car took. When driving back home it started to over heat again.I hadn't even drove the car even 100 miles yet so I called Carl and explained to him what it was doing. He told me to bring it down to be looked at. when I took the car to him I opened the hood and when he came out of the office to look at the car he was standing ten feet away without even looking and said that the head was cracked. I looked and they had put silicone on the head and put the wrong kind of fluid in it. After arguing for hours to Carl about what I had asked him about the engine he denied and denied until I got him to start stumbling over his words and he had forgotten what he had said before signing the papers about the engine. He said to me when the guy brought the car in for the trad in there was a major leakage on the head so they put silicone on it to seal it. I told him that he had promised me that he had not touched the engine but now he was saying he had his workers put silicone on it. Then on top of it he told me he could fix it for this outrageous price and put it on the end of my contract I had with him for payments with interest. I tried working with him saying that I would be fine paying for half if he would pay for the other half because he knew of it before the car was even sold and then lied about it when I asked. He wouldn't work with me so I told him he could have car back if I got my down payment back. He still argued with me The car should of not been sold in the first place for one because he didn't have all the lights working properly and he had told me the breaks weren't that great they would be needing replacing soon. To make a long story short I left the car had Carl Rip up my contract and never got my down payment back for his lies. Oh and when I was going to take the car back I was told from a person at the store they had seen me driving that car and said that they were going to buy it to about a week ago but they pointed out the cracked head and asked Carl to fix it and he had said no. I looked at this person like really cause that's weird he told me he didn't know anything about it and the person said yeah and so he ended up with this car off of Carl's lot that he was driving and said that he probably would have been in better shape to ride a bike because that car was just as bad and he hadn't had it to long either. Then about a month later I hear that there was going to be a counter suit against Carl for all the crap he pulled to different people and I was asked if I wanted to be apart of it and I said definitely and I haven't heard anything yet. Just gravels my butt For being a big Christan man his name of his business says it all he should fear.
