July 20, 2016First of all we thank the customer for alerting us of the problems she had with our company, GOD IS THELANDSCAPING DESIGNER, LLCWe certainly understand her frustrations and we apologize that theservices that the customer received was not to her nor our satisfactionWe say our
satisfaction becausewe are not satisfied unless our client is satisfiedWe do take pride in responding to customers' concernsto the best of our ability.After receiving the customer email request we did respond with an email that stated that we would honorher request for a refund for the portion of the service that she was not satisfied with, a refund amount wasnever discussedBecause there were some pavers that were not damage we asked her was she going tokeep those pavers or we pick them up because that would determine the amount of the refundWe hadno problem assisting the client with her refundWhile waiting for her response I called her to discuss thismatter and she mentioned that she never received the emailTherefore I emailed her once again.Thinking that this would be resolved sooner than letter is why I was surprised in receiving the letter fromRevdex.com.Regarding us beginning on May it was a very rainy period which caused a serious back up for not justour company but for other landscaping companies as wellWe know this to be true because there wereseveral potential clients that needed our services because their landscaping company could not get tothem right awayWe had to service clients in the order in which we received the jobsSome of oldmaterial was left because the worker felt that the customer may reuse it and the material that was notworth using again was taken away, however there was not several times that it was communicated to ustake the material left awayOnce that was brought to our attention we offered to take it away and wewere told by the client to leave it because her person that cuts her grass wanted itNever was itdiscussed to have the pavers straightThe existing pavers the customer had curved and she wanted toreplace them, therefore we took up the old pavers and replaced them with new pavers in a curvedposition the way that the old ones wereIt was latter said to us that she preferred the pavers to bestraightThe flower beds stackable bricks had one brick that could had been cut.GOD IS THE LANDSCAPING DESIGNER, LLC Landscaping In Partnership with Quality & Integrity We here at GOD IS THE LANDSCAPING DESIGNER, LLC would like to resolve this matter, howeverafter reading the Customer Experience Information we are not in agreement of refunding the entire laborchargesWe admit to some but not to allThat is definitely an unfair requestMuch work was done at thecustomer property and for us not to receive any payments for the areas that were so beautiful that herneighbor wanted our card and the customer asked for cards as well would be too much to ask of usInorder for us to offer a refund we will need to know if the pavers on that side would be kept or if we canpick them upWe also would have to visit the property to get a count of the number of pavers that wereused for that side because there were two sides that we pavedIf the customer would let us know what agood date is and time for us to come by we would appreciate it.This is an unfortunately matter and to make sure this will never happen againWe have studied thetechnique of lying stepping stones to increase our knowledge regarding this serviceWe would hope thatthis will not affect our company in getting jobs like this in the future.We extend our apologies for the inconvenience this problem has caused the customer.In God We Trust,Jacqueline Y***, Owner

I am rejecting this response because I requested a full refund due to the poor work overall and the inconvenience I endured. Six pavers were places last and can be deducted from the refund. I've reseated the pavers myself. The pictures showed more than one brick not cut and my neighbor has since cancelled his request after looking at the work this company did on my yard. This company is supposed to give professional service. The timeline along with the pictures show how unprofessional they were with this job.
