I am rejecting this response because:Ownership of this vehicle has been a nightmare and a money drain for the last 1 year trying to get it road worthy. I have taken it multiple times to 3 subsequent shops and spent thousands of dollars to make it drivable. I have now been told by multiple auto shops that my vehicle was previously wrecked. This knowledge is what prompted my complaint to Revdex.com. Other consumers should know about the dishonest business practices of GTC dealership before purchasing vehicles from them. This vehicle was purchased for my wife and she would not drive it due to the unsafe issues caused by it being previously wrecked.I also learned from the auto shop that the auto leveling suspension system that came on the vehicle had been removed, which I was not made aware of at time of purchase.From my perspective, it is apparent fraud for this vehicle to have been wrecked, severely damaged, and altered without having it reported against the title registry or making me the consumer aware of it. The documentation that the dealer provided only substantiates my claim as I have recently been made aware of other small, dishonest dealers in South Texas that can somehow sell wrecked vehicles with "clean" titles in order to secure 3rd party financing.I have contacted GTC dealership by phone and email upon being told that it was a wrecked vehicle and have not yet received a call back. I left another voice message this morning requesting call back.The seatbelt issue was "fixed" as part of the condition of purchasing the vehicle. This fix is that the seat-belt sensor light will not ever turn on, even when the driver does not buckle up. This resolution leads me to believe it was it was intentionally shorted out or disconnected to make it appear fixed. This is a comparatively small issue but bring it up to give another example of the dishonest way that GTC did business with me.The auto shops that worked on this vehicle are:[redacted] in San Antonio, TX[redacted] in Jacksonville, TX[redacted] and Frame in Tyler, TXI will await hearing what amends GTC is going to make.
