Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Ownership of this vehicle has been a nightmare and a money drain for the last year trying to get it road worthyI have taken it multiple times to subsequent shops and spent thousands of dollars to make it drivableI have now been told by multiple auto shops that my vehicle was previously wreckedThis knowledge is what prompted my complaint to Revdex.comOther consumers should know about the dishonest business practices of GTC dealership before purchasing vehicles from themThis vehicle was purchased for my wife and she would not drive it due to the unsafe issues caused by it being previously wrecked.I also learned from the auto shop that the auto leveling suspension system that came on the vehicle had been removed, which I was not made aware of at time of purchase.From my perspective, it is apparent fraud for this vehicle to have been wrecked, severely damaged, and altered without having it reported against the title registry or making me the consumer aware of itThe documentation that the dealer provided only substantiates my claim as I have recently been made aware of other small, dishonest dealers in South Texas that can somehow sell wrecked vehicles with "clean" titles in order to secure 3rd party financing.I have contacted GTC dealership by phone and email upon being told that it was a wrecked vehicle and have not yet received a call backI left another voice message this morning requesting call back.The seatbelt issue was "fixed" as part of the condition of purchasing the vehicleThis fix is that the seat-belt sensor light will not ever turn on, even when the driver does not buckle upThis resolution leads me to believe it was it was intentionally shorted out or disconnected to make it appear fixedThis is a comparatively small issue but bring it up to give another example of the dishonest way that GTC did business with me.The auto shops that worked on this vehicle are: [redacted] in San Antonio, TX [redacted] in Jacksonville, TX [redacted] and Frame in Tyler, TXI will await hearing what amends GTC is going to make Regards, [redacted] ***

August 25, Dear Revdex.com: In Response to Complaint D #***We are cooperating in good faith to resolve this disputeThe complaint we received was on a Nissan Armada vin # *** by Mr*** The customer is claiming we sold him a wrecked vehicle and accusing us of
fraudulent actions in which none of this is tueWe purchased this vehicle at a reputable dealer auction Manheim of San Antonio on 6/8/and sold It to *** on 7/8/Before purchasing any vehicle we run a history report and the auction must announce if any vehicle has frame damaged or salvage titleI have reports from different sources including our receipt of purchase for this Armada and no accidents are shownWe do not purchase vehicles that are wrecked or in non running condition because we do not have a body shop facility Pertaining to the seat belt light the problem cannot just be "disconnected" it was repaired by replacing the passenger side seat belt sensor which was done at a shop, I have also included the receiptIt has been over a year since Mr*** purchased this vehicle and this is the first time we here about this matter If Mr*** would like to come in and get a frade in evaluation for his vehicle towards a purchase of another vehicle he is welcome to come into our omce Thank you
