Still nervous, I have completed a couple small loans with them, They are asking for more information, Something I am uncomfortable with, When looking for Revdex.com reviews, There are none, ZERO no good, bad or neutral!!! Seems odd, So consider this a Neutral review, usual hoops, funny comfort protocol for any increase and even though they have your Name, Name of Employer, SIN # and Bank account information, If you do not supply them with yet a actual bank statement with your name, account number and payroll verification, You get your request cancelled! ***! What if my checques are dispursed to multiple accounts, Do they require my Paystub, a copy of each account, the Passwords and Mortgage Information! Please read and don't take too lightly, It is your information being left out there! Who do you trust with all of that responsibility?

Awful company to deal with! I signed an agreement that had a certain date on it, they sent me a new agreement with a revised due date for the payment (that they just switched my signature onto without my authorization and later denied doing), I email them to let them know the new due date is set before my pay date so it will not come out properly, they ignore my email...I contact them via chat..they argue with me about my paydate, I let them know I will send pay stub to prove it..still no good so I exit the chatReceive an email saying now a paystub will suffice...send that to them and they agree to switch the payment to my actual payday...It ends up coming out before my payday on the day I told them would not workJust awful experience all around!!

I am completely unimpressed with the customer service. I tried to get a hold of them two days prior to my payment coming out because I was having financial difficulties and did not want my payment returned NSF and I wanted to make new payment arrangements. I sent two emails with no response back and finally had to initiate a live chat to speak with someone. This proved to be completely unhelpful as I was told that payments are sent to the bank the day of your loan agreement and there was no way to stop the payment to my bank. Any other pay day lender I have ever used has always been able to make amendments two days prior to money coming out of my account. So what they were telling me didn't make any sense at all. They also informed me that they will be charging me an NSF fee too on top of what my bank is going to charge me, even though I have informed them in advance of the issue. I will never use this pay day loan company ever again. They are completely unhelpful if you run into difficulties and try to charge you more money and give you more financial difficulties instead of working with you.
