My mother went under Alacare Home Health Care and she required a hospital bed because of the excess fluid retention due to Congestive Heart Failure. Godbee Medical assured us 5:30 pm that the bed was on its way as of Friday evening. We had already made room for the new bed by removing her other bed and they never showed up. They never called and they never return their calls. This is very unprofessional way to do busy when you are promising an elderly woman that she will be getting her bed so that she can actually sleep good without drowning in CHF fluid. At 9:30 pm, we had to bring her bed back out of storage and put it back together so my mom could rest. I am so disgusted with the customer service that me and my family have received from the people, and disappointed in [redacted]- OTC with Alacare Home Health Care for recommending them in the first place.
