The saw was purchased at least 1/years ago & I will not be processing a refund for the saw.The customer was not willing to pay for the inspection or any repairs to be done The customer can take it to another if EFCO dealer if he would like to

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The saw has a 5yr warranty,they refused to look at the saw because I gave them a negative review on Google Maps,very rude.The closest other dealer is mi away.Am looking into taking them to small claims court

after several weeks in order to clean up our storage area. This mower was a 15 year old mower. The customer stated as we also did that it had seen better days and was at this point junk. Initially, the customer agreed to a pick up of $60 and $50 minimum charge to check the rider. He had ask if we could repair tires but when we went to pick it up, all four tires were down. The transmission and several other parts had been taken off by customer as per videos on you tube. My driver took about 45 minutes to locate all his parts and inflating tires to be able to load the mower. We called him after we put it on our lift with all that was wrong with the mower. The idler pulleys were locked up so if we were to put the belt on, it would have immediately broke due to the pulleys not working, He refused to have us repair that. Also the gas and oil had mixed. He didn't want that repaired. If we had ran it a couple of minutes, it would have seized up. He came to our business two or three times. The mechanics kept showing him what was wrong. They spent over an hour explaining to him his options. There were other things wrong such as drive belts, ready to break that we were not going to repair as per his request. He wanted his mower back but refused to pay for all the time we had in it plus the pick up and delivery. He said to me to just keep it. When we had not heard from him after several weeks, we junked it. I do not feel we owe him anything. In total, we probably had three or four hours dealing with him and with the pick up. We have been in business a number of years and rarely have a customer we can not please.
