Godby's Lawnmower Shop Richardson Road Independence, KY 859-525-Dear Revdex.com, The customer contacted Revdex.com months after the problemSorry , we no longer have the mowerHe told me keep itAfter several weeks we junked it outWe junk mowers after several weeks in order to clean up our storage areaThis mower was a year old mowerThe customer stated as we also did that it had seen better days and was at this point junkInitially, the customer agreed to a pick up of $and $minimum charge to check the riderHe had ask if we could repair tires but when we went to pick it up, all four tires were downThe transmission and several other parts had been taken off by customer as per videos on you tubeMy driver took about minutes to locate all his parts and inflating tires to be able to load the mowerWe called him after we put it on our lift with all that was wrong with the mowerThe idler pulleys were locked up so if we were to put the belt on, it would have immediately broke due to the pulleys not working, He refused to have us repair thatAlso the gas and oil had mixedHe didn't want that repairedIf we had ran it a couple of minutes, it would have seized upHe came to our business two or three timesThe mechanics kept showing him what was wrongThey spent over an hour explaining to him his optionsThere were other things wrong such as drive belts, ready to break that we were not going to repair as per his requestHe wanted his mower back but refused to pay for all the time we had in it plus the pick up and deliveryHe said to me to just keep itWhen we had not heard from him after several weeks, we junked itI do not feel we owe him anythingIn total, we probably had three or four hours dealing with him and with the pick upWe have been in business a number of years and rarely have a customer we can not pleaseSincerely, Elizabeth G*** Godby's Lawnmower Shop Inc Richardson Road Independence, KY
