*** installed a high efficiency furnace for me back in February of I was told (and it is printed on my receipt) that there would be a rebate of $I was told it could be up to weeks to receiveI phoned *** on August 25th to check on the progressI had called Alliant energy before calling him and was told there was no record of the rebateI asked him if I needed to file it or what was going onHe told me no that he was taking care of itI gave it a little more timeI called Alliant again on December 28thThey again told me there was no record of it and that it had to be filed by January 31, I was to tell him if there was a problem that he needed to call them and they could help him fix itI have tried calling ***He doesn't answerI have left messages and still have not heard from him
