I was told to send a message if I was contacted by MrGoddard Well today 1-29-at 11:00am eastern time ***n, the man that works for him called meHe asked me what I needed him to do to finishI told him they knew what they had to do He was trying to make an excuse and I told him I did not buy it from him, I bought it from MrGoddard I also let him know that I had contacted the Revdex.com and was seeing a lawyer today He said he had not talked to MrGoddard but minutes later MrGoddard called me.( I also let ***n know that my mobile was purchased as is, but I paid MrGoddard to refurbish it) I have lots and lots of pictures of my NOT refurbished home, and that if we had to go to court I was asking for everything to be fixedThen is when I received a call from MrGoddardI did not speak with him only to tell him I am at work and cannot talk at the moment He said he would call back at 12:the same dayI will speak to him(recording it) but I will still make my appointment with the lawyer All I wanted was my home fixed the way he said he would He made me pay him in full before he would even deliver it and when I asked him about all the repairs left "Dont worry We will do you right and take care of you"!!! I paid the money HE was asking and I want what I paid him forWhat we agreed on

Response to this complaint by Goddard Mobile Home Service Ms. *** purchased a mobile home from Goddard's in September Our business has always maintained a strict policy that all mobile homes are paid in full before delivery. Ms. *** called the office numerous times harassing my office managerI therefore instructed my manager to ask Ms. *** to call me, MrGoddard, directly and she refusedMy construction team was instructed to contact Ms*** and make arrangements to repair items that was agreed uponThe team reported that Ms*** complained about the paint he was using. He explained to her that it was the paint that she choseShe continuously complained about everything they repaired and constantly added more and more itemsThe team repaired items that was agreed uponWe gave her a month warranty on the AC central unit that was not burnt, however, our AC man was concerned the unit would not last long because of the age so I had a brand new unit installed at no expense to Ms***. Goddard's repaired the agreed upon itemsAnd extra items including a brand new AC unit because we always show goodwill to our customers and we are a respected business in our community. In the plus years we have been in the mobile home business we have always strived to take care of any complaints our customers may or may not have because we value each and every oneWe have never had a customer use the unnecessary inappropriate behavior Ms*** has demonstrated during this whole process
