Review: I had my sign inside the bussiness light sign box done by [redacted],owner of Godfather Graphics for $150.00 ($40 deposit 10/27/15 and $110 paid 10/30/15 )which included the sign with letters +phone numbers in it ,replacement of metal bars and sign 's installation inside the sign box. I asked for receipt ,he did not provide one and said within a month anything wrong he would fix it .I totally trusted him because he was the neighbor bussiness ,couple doors down from mine.For over 3 weeks I had to make 3 phone calls ( which I did not want to but I had to ,I was very nice talking to him .) reminding him to fix and complete the job.The problem was : ---THE SIGN WAS TOO SHORT TO START WITH ( WHATEVER LEFT OVER SIZE SIGN HE USED) [redacted]THIS CAUSED BIG GAPS FROM THE TOP.THE METAL BARS TO COVER THE TOP GAP WERE NOT INSTALLED RIGHT . [redacted]THIS CAUSED GAPS FROM THE BOTTOM .SEE WIRES EXPOSED ,WATER WOULD GET IN ,NOT SAFETY. [redacted]THIS CAUSED SIGN WIGGLING INSIDE THE BOX FOR THE SIGN WAS NOT HELD FROM THE TOP BY THE METAL BARS AND WAS NOT TUCKED FROM THE BOTTOM INSIDE THE MAIN METAL BAR .I finally called him on 11/23/15 ,would like him to redo the sign.And for he was so so rude I asked for my full refund to have someone else to redo the sign.He got angry and chaotically went off on me.He yelled ,shouted "are you crazy?,so you know how to do sign , so suddenly you become a sign expert,I will not do anything,evevrything final ,you just want the free sign ha,so you 'll never be happy ".He litterally harrased me ,I could not say anything.So I said I would call channel 3 .My phone was on speaker (for my hearing not so good )I had [redacted] and [redacted] (2 clients inside my bussiness )listening to the whole conversation.He was so rude .I never thought to offer someone a bussiness,paid upfront ,just wanted the job done then got yelled at and harassed.I had anxiety for days til today I feel a bit better to file a complain on Revdex.com. Hope they can help me.Desired Settlement: As a cosumer I feel ripped off,taken advantaged of ,harrased.He should do much much better job and better bussiness.For over 20 years doing bussiness I don't get why somebody could treat a client like him.I paid up front to get my sign done corecctly .** chose not to do the sign right or he didn't care and so irresponsible and so rude. I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND OF $150.00 TO HAVE SOMEONE TO REDO THE WHOLE SIGN THE CORRECT WAY.PS:I do have pictures +a video clip about the sign to review.
