The home owner had agreed to pay the amount that was first told to him witch included condensor and coilonce we showed up with the equipment and guys ready to do the job he decided to tell us that he could get it cheaper thru someone elseif I decided to leave the job,return equipment and pay for the time already spent we would of lost money and I think he knew he had us against the wallSo I just decided to go with going with his offer Know he wants us to go check his a/c for free and fix iti told him there was only a day warranty that his insurance one guard home warranty has with usHe doesn't have a policy with them any more so he's trying to get it looked at for free due to not renewing the policy

on 7/24/and offered to go back and fix anything that was bad if any and he
said that they moved out a while back. About the difference in pricing
was one tech sold and installed
the job and when another tech went over to look
at install he made a remark that he would of done it for half the price.
He no longer works here because he wanted side jobs
When I explained that to the customer the first time she wanted the side
job price but the job was already done and billed

I am rejecting this response because:
First of all the original complaint was filed almost 2 years ago now (not a month ago). I find it comical that [redacted] is just now responding. ** told me almost 2 years ago, when I spoke with [redacted] on the phone that he would respond to the Revdex.com complaint and never did until now, almost 2 years later, what a JOKE! The first tech did such a terrible job the second [redacted] had to come out and fix some of the things ** missed. Not to mention the first tech left a huge mess, ruined my brand new vacuum and completely ripped us off. The second tech came out to fix [redacted] mess and told me what I SHOULD have been charged. ** WAS NOT trying to get a side job. ** was actually honest in what ** told me. BUYER BEWARE!! This company completely overcharges and doesn't make things right. [redacted] never gave me any kind of refund for the problems we had or the overcharges, all ** would do was service the system for free for a year. NO THANKS, why on earth would I or anyone else for that matter let someone back into your home who you know had overcharged you and did terrible quality work and you do not trust? Not me, I would never let someone like that back into my home. I bet he was hoping by waiting so long to respond to this that I would forget but NO! People really need to use caution with this company and choose someone more reputable. I would NEVER recommend them. [redacted] wasn't even willing to right [redacted] company's wrong by offering a partial refund for the shabby work, problems and ruining my vacuum. [redacted] lack of integrity for [redacted] and [redacted] business brought this complaint on.
