Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2017/04/24) */
I just noticed a fax from your office concerning case #XXXXXXXX. I have been trying to respond using the on-line service without much luck. I was unaware that this customer was still having problems with water service. We did the work as she...

stated for the insurance provider originally. She was not available to let us in the home when the job was completed. We were contacted by the insurance company a couple of weeks ago and I tried to contact homeowner. At that time I talked with her and said that I would get with her provider and get pricing to replace the rest of the service. I had assumed it was leaking again. I did not realize that the City of Mishawaka was out to check the meter recently and that they told her the system just needed flushing. We would be happy to take care of this for her. I will try and contact her again and make these arraingements.
Thank you,

Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 11, 2017/05/09) */
Vic Trippel did not return to resolve any of my issues. Their lack of correspondence with Nipsco Home Solutions delayed getting my water main fixed by a few weeks. I received a voice mail from Vic Trippel plumbing on April 4th. I immediately called back with no answer. I left a voice mail. I did not hear from them again until April 14,2017. During this entire time I had no water. By the time they called new plumber was assigned to fix my plumbing.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 20, 2017/05/23) */
I again apologize to [redacted] for the problems she has had with the water pressure in her home. When I received her call that she was still having problems I contacted the warranty company again. After I talked to the insurance company they told me not to worry about it that she had "it" taken care of. I was not aware at the time that the line needed to be flushed out. I just assumed that the service was leaking again as we only replaced that portion of the line that was leaking. When we originally completed the job no one was home to let us in. I would have been more than happy to "flush the lines out" if we could have gotten into the home. We replaced approximately 10-15 foot of pipe under her home warranty plan. As I stated before I was not aware she was still having issues with the water pressure. I think part of the problem was miscommunication with the warranty company as to the nature of the problem. I hope this helps explain.
