Good afternoon ***Thank you for bringing this to our attentionThe lady Alana that conducted the interview was not the receptionist, she is the recruiter, however in training as Alana has only been with us for three weeksThe interview was originally scheduled to be with our manager Denis however he had an emergency come up and was unable to attendAlana has been receiving training but clearly was not prepared to address the concerns of the candidate We are addressing with her and insuring she is prepared going forward.The position we are hiring for is a marketing position that involves customer service and salesWe advertise in multiple categories to attract all kinds of talentThe phone booking process to book the interview involves a pre-screening of the candidate's qualification's and prior experience We then let the candidate know we'd like to have them come for an interview to discuss their qualifications in further detail and the position.We have reached out to the candidate to express our apologies for any misunderstanding and clarify the information that Alana may have provided unintentionally.Our intentions are not to mislead candidatesWe will review the phone booking process with the staff to ensure they are clear when booking potential interviews and they understand the role we are looking to fill.I have reviewed the candidates statement and the training Alana was provided does not suggest we answer phones or deal with customer complaints We do explain they will be answering questions and handling objections It sounds like something was taken out of context and we will do everything in our power to improve our communication going forward.We appreciate the feedback and will be using this as a teaching opportunity for Alana as we feel she has a lot of potential.If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email or cal [redacted] Thank youLucette T [redacted] Director of RecruitingJEN ***, _Dispute Resolution Specialist_ Revdex.com Serving Greater ClevelandEuclid Ave4th Fl.Cleveland, OH

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have nothing against this business and I have no intention to quarrel with themI would have left the matter be, but the response givin to the better business beruae from the business was a list of blatant lies. The receptionist who conducted the interview assured me she had been at the company for over ten years and she was more than qualified to conduct an interviewI was told the manager that was supposed to be there simply didn't show up for workThese are small things, but they reflect the integrity of the business and tell people like me that my time isn't importantThe little lies on top of the advertising on Indeed.com and falsified information over the phone goes past wasting everyone's time and turns into bad business with bad leadership. Simply put, I don't want to see this company waste anyone else's time, and don't want to see them get away with lying to potential employees.

I have reached out to Mr. Logan S[redacted] to express our sincere apologies to his experience and that it is not our intentions to mislead any potential candidate. We are a growing company and always have opportunities that arise. I received his voice mail and left him a message. I have not heard back from him as of yet. Immediately after I received your first email I had also called the office location in OH and spoke with the manager Dennis to explain the situation and to have him talk to Alana. Please let us know what we can do to resolve this.
