Godley's Custom Landscaping & Lawn Care

I entrusted Godley's Customer Landscaping & Lawn Care to come and trim my palm trees They came out and trimmed the trees, but shortly after that all of our trees in the backyard starting dying off, one by one We have six palms in our yard and now and least four are dead Called Godley's to express concern, and without even coming out they shifted the blame to some airborne disease that was going around, was rude and didn't even want to hear what we were trying to say What they did was just dismiss us!!!! So now that the fourth tree is dead, we had to call another company to come out and look at our trees This man did verify that our type of trees had a disease, but the disease could have been prevented He showed me how Godley's employees used spike shoes and showed me the holes in the tree The one tree that was dying had a disease, and by them using those spike shoes, what they actually did was transport the disease from one tree to the other making the process quicker It was also brought to our attention that between trees they most likely didn't clean their tools I attempted to call Godley's again to get some verification on what I just learn, and got the same dismissal from the owner, Mark Godley I would never recommend to anyone to use the services of this company If anything happens they are definitely not going to take responsibility or ever attempt to come out and talk to give you a solution My rating for this company is an "F"

I contracted Godleys for extensive tree and landscape workThey showed up and spent hours on the jobThey stated they would return to finish at a later date because of time and because of a bee issueThe job wa supposed to include trimming all the trees, removing a few trees and the stumps, removal of all vines from trees and other landscapeMost of the work was completed to my satisfaction, the crew worked diligentlyThey did not remove the stumps of cut down tree or finish removing the vinesThe lady on the phone agreed to have a crew back today around 1pm and as of 5:pm I am still waitingIt seems they are not as trustworthy as they claim but have no problem demanding payment in full before completing the jobI would recommend the workers who did the actual work but I would not trust the actual owners
I am happy to change my review if or when the work is completed or some of my money is refunded so I can afford to pay someoneTo complete the work
