We are very sorry that *** had a bad experience with our companyHer warranty company sent us a work order to look at her Air conditioningShe was scheduled 6/15/the technician found a plugged filter and the unit iced upThe
filter was removed and she was advised we could not do anything until the unit defrostedThis can take up to hours to defrostWe returned the next day and turned on the unit, it fired up and began coolingAt that time no failure was foundThe plugged filter could have reduced the air flow causing the unit to ice upShe was advised that there was nothing at that time we could do, but if the unit began to have issues again to please call back to have us or another company returnShe was not happy with that responseWe never charged her and we also let her warranty company know we would not charge them and advised them to have another company look at it if the unit failed againThere was no deceit on our partWe did what the standard protocal would be for the circumstanceWe do our best to resolve issues in a timely manner and feel that not charging both the customer and the home warranty was the best way to resolve the matter
