I'm sorry I was unable to respond to the message received from the Revdex.com on 2/I recently had surgery for skin cancer so I was unable to get to everything in my inbox.I do want to say that I heard from my neighbor, *** ***, and he confirmed Godzilla had contacted him to repair the damage done by their workersThat's the most important thing, but Godzilla should have also compensated me for the work I did to get his system back up so he'd have water service in his houseI'm not going to fight with Godzilla provided they correctly fix ***'s water serviceIf they fail to do this, I'll contact you againBill's too old to do this on his own.Regards,*** ***

We were contacted by *** *** on 3-2-to do a free estimateHe asked Godzilla’s Tree Service to come out to his property to give him an estimate to remove a pine tree that had fallen behindhis houseHe said he wanted the tree cut up, the brush chipped and the wood hauled
awayWe went out to his property on 3-7-and did the estimate for ***The amount of the first estimate was $*** then called us back and asked if we could come out again and give him a 2nd estimate to remove a small cluster of 3-pine trees which were also in the same area as the fallen pine treeWe went out to his property a second time to estimate the additional work on 3-11-The additional cost to remove this small cluster of trees would be $The updated estimate was emailed to *** on 3-26-showing the additional costThe following week *** called Godzilla’s Tree Service to get his tree work scheduledThe job was scheduled for 4-2-On 4-6-*** sent us an email stating that our estimate was deceivingHe also stated that we had left one log uncutI explained to him that an updated estimate was emailed to him showing the additional charge of $The original estimate for $was to clean up the fallen pine, chip all brush, cut wood in to inch lengths and leave the wood rather than haul it away PLUS the additional $to remove the cluster of 3-trees which he had requestedWe apologized for the inconvenience and said that we would send someone out to cut up the log that was missedDue to the weather and a major upswing in our business we were unable to get back out to his property for several weeksAt our first availability, a crew member was sent out to take care of the log that was left uncutThe crew member returned the next day and said the he had taken care of the log, but when he went to speak with ***, he was not at homeAs of today, the log has been cut up into 16 inch lengths and left on the property as requested

We contracted with *** (***) *** to do some trimming and clean up on his propertyThe work was performed on 10-10-On that date we did break a sprinkler valve, which we fixed that day, but what we did not know is that valves were brokenWe never heard from *** regarding a 2ndbroken
valveAbout and a half to weeks later, we did hear from ***s neighbor, who said that he had spent time and money to cap the damaged sprinkler systemThe neighbor said that we should arrange to repair the broken sprinkler system and compensate him for the work that he did to temporarily plug the connection to the broken pipeIn response to this, we contacted *** *** to make an appointment to assess and repair any damage that was doneWe are currently working with *** to make these repairsHe has been very gracious and thankful that we a taking care of the problemOur stance regarding this situation is to make *** *** happy as he was/is our customer*** has not complained once about our work or our follow upWe did not have a contract with the neighbor, therefor we will not be reimbursing him for the time he spent to work on ***’s sprinkler system.
