We were very pleased with Godzilla's Tree Service. We have used them several times and they always do an excellent job. Their price is very fair and they are quite knowledgeable. They are a friendly group and very professional. Bobby came out first and gave us an estimate and did a lot of the work himself along with two other helpers. The owner is Michael and he is a very fair and helpful person. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Review: The estimate for tree service was deceiving in that the total line was changed after the work was accomplished to far more than expected. The work on site was not fully completed, and at least one tree was cut that was outside of the problem area contracted to be serviced.Desired Settlement: Complete cutting a downed tree in 16" lengths as contracted.

We were contacted by [redacted] on 3-2-15 to do a free estimate. He asked Godzilla’s Tree Service to come out to his property to give him an estimate to remove a pine tree that had fallen behindhis house. He said he wanted the tree cut up, the brush chipped and the wood hauled away. We went out to his property on 3-7-15 and did the estimate for [redacted]. The amount of the first estimate was $1120.00. [redacted] then called us back and asked if we could come out again and give him a 2nd estimate to remove a small cluster of 3-4 pine trees which were also in the same area as the fallen pine tree. We went out to his property a second time to estimate the additional work on 3-11-15. The additional cost to remove this small cluster of trees would be $800.00. The updated estimate was emailed to [redacted] on 3-26-15 showing the additional cost. The following week [redacted] called Godzilla’s Tree Service to get his tree work scheduled. The job was scheduled for 4-2-15. On 4-6-15 [redacted] sent us an email stating that our estimate was deceiving. He also stated that we had left one log uncut. I explained to him that an updated estimate was emailed to him showing the additional charge of $800.00. The original estimate for $1120.00 was to clean up the fallen pine, chip all brush, cut wood in to 16 inch lengths and leave the wood rather than haul it away PLUS the additional $800.00 to remove the cluster of 3-4 trees which he had requested. We apologized for the inconvenience and said that we would send someone out to cut up the log that was missed. Due to the weather and a major upswing in our business we were unable to get back out to his property for several weeks. At our first availability, a crew member was sent out to take care of the log that was left uncut. The crew member returned the next day and said the he had taken care of the log, but when he went to speak with [redacted], he was not at home. As of today, the log has been cut up into 16 inch lengths and left on the property as requested.

My experience with this company was nothing but positive from the first phone call to the last branch cleared. They were knowledgeable and friendly and considerably less expensive than the other quotes I received. My trees look wonderful and I highly recommend Godzilla's, in fact, I already have!

I shopped around and found Godzilla's Tree Service to be the best in price. Significantly so. I was pleasantly surprised when they came out to do the work that, just because I got a great deal on their service, they did not, in the least, skimp on quality! They did a thorough job of trimming up my 2 giant oak trees and left absolutely no mess behind when they were done. Furthermore, they were not only professional in their business dealing but they were also quite pleasant to interact with. We had a few laughs and they actually made the job fun. You can tell when someone loves their job ... it shows. Fantastic company! As long as they are in business I won't be hiring anyone else! Thanks guys for doing a great job!!

Godzilla's was great, their bid was competitive and the job was done efficiently and safely, including the clean-up. All members of the crew were friendly and professional, I will use them again and will recommend them to others.

I would highly recommend Godzilla's Tree Service. I had a competitor come out and give me a quote to have my tree removed yesterday. Clint from Godzilla arrived at 7:30 this morning to give me his quote. Not only was the quote from the first tree service nearly twice the price, the man giving me the quote did not recognize how dangerous the situation was with my tree. Clint immediately called the owner, Michael, and requested that the removal of my tree be moved to the top of the priority list. Three young men arrived around 1:00 today and before 2:00 the job was done and all cleaned up. Everyone I had contact with was very friendly and professional. As an aside, when they tied a rope to the tree to guide where it fell and then made some cuts in the tree, the tree literally broke off at the ground. Good call Clint!

I talked to them at the fair and they showed up on time did a great job and couldn't tell they were even here when they left. Every thing clean and neat. Very knowledgeable about what to trim and tree health.

The estimator was very thorough, courteous and helpful. He also was the climber, and did the cutting. The crew was efficient, and the climber was excellent. He really knew how to shape the trees. I was very pleased with his work. They did a good job. I was surprised how much the job cost, but I guess it was a fair price. I was happier with their work over Tree Tech Service, whom I've hired in the past.

we had a great experience with this tree service company. they showed up right on time and worked quickly and did a fantastic job! all trimmings were raked and cleaned up immediately - no mess afterwards at all! we are very happy and will be using them again for sure!
