So I visited this salon a couple of times and on my second visit I decided to get a pedicure as well as a refill gel manicureI asked for a regular pedi but the older lady suggest I get a gel pedi so that it would last longerShe stated that the price is I agreedSo she started on the pedi and I asked if she needed for me to choose my gel polish color for my toenails, she said "no" we can use regular polish since toes aren't subjected to oil and the ordinary things that fingernails endure each daySo we finished , there was no UV light used or anythingI was thinking ok, we'll maybe it work likes my gel application at homeThe more that I though about it the I realized that I had been taken for grantedSo I spoke with others that had received a gel pedicure from other salons , I confirmed with the Alabama Board of Cosmetology that using a light for curing a gel nail was standardSo I call them today and spoke with the old man, he told me they don't have gel nails and tha

Goels Plaza Banquet and Conference Center refused to honor the terms in a written signed contract between myself and the owner of the venue.Goels Plaza and myself entered into a written signed contract to rent the facility on Oct 25th 2014 from the hours of 6pm-12am. I paid the required 50% down and the terms of the contract were finalized. On September 15th 2014, I met with Mr. [redacted] of Goels plaza, who presented me with a different contract from the original signed contract, that had the hours changed to 6pm-10pm. The hours of 10pm-12am included an additional $500. I stated that that was not in the original contract. Ms. [redacted] the account manager attended the 2nd meeting that I had with Mr. [redacted]. She REFUSED to honor the terms of the contract and was very RUDE and Obstinate! They have refused to have integrity and refund my money.
