The problem here has nothing to do with my company GOES llc.  It is between [redacted] and the electric company.  She agrees that we didn't touch the meter clip when we installed solar on her house.  After installation, I filled out the paperwork for her to submit to the electric company to...

get her net meter.  The electric company came out to install her new net meter and they noticed that her meter didn't have a tag on it.  They told her they would not install the new meter until someone came out to inspect the meter and make sure nobody messed with the meter.  She called me to ask if I could help her get them to inspect her meter.  I agreed to help.  I called and left 3 different messages with people at the electric company.  I told her she needs to find out who to speak with and get them out there.  They told her there was a fee to be paid, but she never paid it.  There is nothing that we can do to help her at this point.  The fee to re-inspect her meter is because she was missing her tag on her meter base.  That fee should be paid by her, since she agrees that we didn't have anything to do with it.  Its not a fee for solar panel inspection.  The inspection was already done by the state, and we passed inspection for the solar panels.  She needs to pay her fee for not having her meter tag on her meter.   Thanks

Review: Have Solar panel installed in April 2015 a seal was missing off my electric meter I call the salesman 3 times informing him as to what the Terrebonne parish consolidated electric department told me giving him the phone numbers of the personal that he needed to contact and iving them his number.Mr.Y[redacted] would tell me that he left messages with the electric company and that they never returned his calls, the electric company said that he never called, Now I have to pay a fine to the electric co, pay for another permit to have my installation reinspected all before I can get a meter for my solar panels.Mr y[redacted] is saying that I have always had to pay for the fine he never told me this until I called him again to tell him that they had sent a letter to his office, which he denies receiving,I am left in the middle trying to get a meter for My solar panels its like once the papers were signed that was the end of his job,I don't mind paying the fine which I finally was told is $50.00 but feel the company should pay for the permit that has to be gotten to be reinspected, to assure the electric company that the meter was not entered by the electrification who installed the panels.Desired Settlement: I will pay for the fine of $50.00 but Goes llc needs to pay for the permit
