After reviewing this service call with the acting Service Manager.In Review:1. on or before 12/01/2016 the customer called Goettl's High Desert Mechanical's Service Department with a "No Heat" issue. During that call and scheduling he/she was informed that there would be a $85.00 Trip/Diagnostic...

charge, and further work required would be quoted, per Goettl's High Desert Mechanical's Flat Rate Manual, and approval needed to progress further, ordering componets, rescheduling a time to execute Quoted Work.2.During the initial in home Diagnoses our highly trained and expert heating/cooling technician followed procedure and discovered the cause of this particular "No Heat" failure.3. Critical components had failed 1-The combustion Air Flue Blower Motor and 1-Combustion Air proving pressure switch.4.A quote was determined via our Flat Rate Manual and presented to the customer. 5.Customer agreed to the quoted price with his signature and credit card information. (See Attached.6. Components were ordered and shipped to our facility.7. Return service call and execution of quoted work was scheduled for 12/05/2016.8. Return service call was accomplished on 12/05/2016. an additional service invoice was created for 0 charge as the charge for repairs was prepaid during the 12/01/2016 Diagnostic inspection.9. Customer signed the 0 invoice as to work completed with satisfaction. In conclusion Goettl's High desert Mechanical does not feel that a reduction in labor and parts cost is warranted. The customer had 4+days to dispute his/her quote for repairs and receive a full refund excluding the $85.00 Trip/Diagnostic charge. It was only after the work was completed and Goettl's had used/spent the resources necessary to execute the quoted work that the complaint was sent to the Revdex.com..

The technician shows up mid day Friday- !5 to 20 minutes to make diagnosis-hands me blank tablet-sign here-to authorize $920.20 repair-parts & labor. I'm a lay-man no idea what is involved.  I make a mark-ask for written invoice with parts & labor-"It will be mailed to you."   Monday--mid-day -apprntice-2 years out of high school-installs part in not more than 20 minutes.Blank tablet again-I ask for written invoice- Parts & labor." It will be mailed to you."I keep old part-cost on internet $100 to $120 retail.+ Shipping & tax. I understand travel time-But the amount charged for time spent & part costs is quite excessive. I want written invoice-not e-mail PDF which I can't open. There never was any mention of  flat rate schedule-. To me- it seems -subtract travel time and $150 parts- Goettl's High Desert Mechanical is charging $300/per each  PART of an hour.Quite high for straight time work-[redacted]

We had a very positive experience with all of the employees of Goettl's High Desert Mechanical. Everyone was prompt and hard working. We couldn't have had a more positive experience!

Lorenzo, Christian, and Gentry did an amazing job on install! They removed my old mini split system AND patched the wall! Great Job guys! Full install, vents cut in and everything from 7 am to 2 pm (1 day install!). Fast and efficient! Highly Recommend Goettl's High Desert Mechanical! Many Kudo's to Dane and Dirk as well! Very polite, very professional. They even cleaned up after themselves and left the place spotless! Go Goettl's if you want it done right.

I was given information and recommendation about my air conditioner and consequently I had a starting capacitor installed to protect and hopefully add life to my conditioner. Very professional and hope to have them again.

We have had Goettl's as our HVAC company for several years. Our initial contact with Goettl's was during a time of difficult medical issues, one effect being severe chills/cold. Our heater broke down at this time and our HVAC company at the time bailed on us, big time. Goettl's took the job of rehabbing our unit and saved us! Since that time, we purchased new unit from Goettl's. We love it and the energy savings! We have always had great service from Goettl's which is why we continue to do business with them. Our most recent service provider was Adrian. He is very competent and professional, and personable, as are the phone staff.

Adrian has serviced our heating/cooling unit a few times now and each occasion has been professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend Adrian and Goettl for their service and responsiveness.
