I bought a boat that was advertised as:
2005 26' Crest III XRS Pontoon
2011 115 HP Suzuki Motor
What I got was:
2005 25' Crest III XRS Pontoon
2005 115 HP Suzuki Motor
I didn't realize I got a 2005 motor until I got home and looked over the signed documents. There was nothing mentioned during the sales process that the advertised information was incorrect. I did my price comparison research based on the 2011 year rather than the 2005 year motor.
This is in response to the complaint from Robert *** ID#***. We contacted the customer, offered to buy back at full price plus additional for their time. The customer did not want to sell the pontoon back because they liked it and did not want to let it go.
