I contracted this company and his painter to paint the interior and exterior of my rental house in Kaimuki on Feb. 17, 2016. They did a satisfactory job on installing floor tile and refinishing a cabinet. However, the painting was plain incompetent and unsatisfactory. His painter, Rodney R[redacted] spray painted my entire interior without prepping the walls or covering the floor. He did the same thing on the exterior. Did not sand and seal the plank joints. Got spray paint all over the walls and floor concrete. The finish coat looked like sandpaper even though the paint was a semi-gloss. The ceiling caulk looked like a kid did it. The interior bathroom was painted in splotches. Spray paint was all over the jealousy windows. The interior paint peeled in places, such as the walls and around the kitchen drawers. Was not until September before all complaints were resolved.
