I recently requested a quote on a vinyl trailer door for my enclosed car trailer. The website clearly states that it comes with a clear window center. When I received the curtain it was solid black. I contacted [redacted] and was instructed to ship the curtain back and they would repair it and send it back asap. I had to incur the cost of shipping it back, it took 2 weeks to repair and ship back and I received an invoice for the return shipping back to me as well. It is a nice product, but I should not have been charged shipping to have the curtain repaired since it was clearly not made correctly.
