Thank you for notifying me of the complaint made by one of our customers Please allow me to address the concerns of the complaint below Last year our customer purchased an item from us that he believed to be faulty Per our policy, we initiated tech support with the customer through a series of questions to best diagnose the problems When the customer was not satisfied with the results of our tech support team, we agreed to replace the item for him A brand new item was sent to the customer on 7/21/ Once the replacement item was sent, we never heard back from the customer Our last contact was an open ticket we have dated July 14th, It comes as a surprised to us to now see this complaint issued I feel compelled to tell you about our product and the environment in which our products work We build video game controllers that work with varied software titles To properly work with all the titles available, our products have software drivers that allow the items to work with the different software titles Many of our customers use our products along side other companies products that require their own drivers Sometimes these drivers interfere with one another which would indicate a problem with one of the products, when in reality the product is fine, but being interfered with by other programs We believe the products sent to our customer are in fact working properly, however are being interfered with one of the many other products our customer has running simultaneous on his PC Sincerely,Tony V***GoFlight Technologies
