I wasn't home to let you in the backyard, don't depict ANY of issues, with the exception of the rose bush photo, which your crew butchered in mid-August, way too hot to be cutting a rose bushWell, sadly, it is now dead also! I cancelled our arrangement because of your lies and excuses you made for your crew, i.e; the equipment is heavy for them and the men are short so they couldn't reach your bushes to trim them properly, and also that the crew leader wasn't present that day, so that's why the yard wasn't properly doneIt was THESE reasons that I cancelled my service with you, not because I talked to any neighborsI don't even know my neighborsApparently though, according to your reply, I'm not the only one who has had negative feedback with your company. My plants were not dying, none of them until after your crew carelessly cut themAlmost all of my landscape is from Home Depot, and I've never had a problem with any trees or plantsYou can't possibly assure me that your crew "gently pruned by hand dead parts of my plants" , since you were not there to see what they were doing at the timeAnd to blame Home Depot is seriously reaching! You had no business coming into my backyard without my authorization and take photos, which by the way, you intentionally ignored my concerns and just took random photosYou didn't show that I had absolutely no room to access my pool equipment because the bushes were not trimmed in between each other, I had to do that myselfI had to clean up all of the debris your crew left behind, MYSELF. Initially I agreed to pay for the fertilization service, however, now that I have lost yet another precious rose bush, I feel no obligation whatsoever, to pay MrL*** for ANYTHING!Sincerely,
