This has been discussed with this client before She has confused various charges and various investments she has made, and made no effort to cancel in the time frame allotted All products and services she purchased were delivered to this client, and she has utilized our service extensively since she signed up in

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: It hasn't been handled in the right way Correctly, GoGo Dropship didn’t build my website; they were supposed to be providing me with drop shippers so I could put products on my websiteFurthermore the telemarketer that sold me the package made me feel that I couldn't successfully have a website unless I had the drop shippers list from GoGo Dropship, which outlines a classic up saleObviously at this point I felt that I was being taken advantage of because I had no understanding of how, or where to start on a websiteThe phone call came from Ecommerce and they connected me to GoGo Dropship, the rest is history I spent most of my savings just because they convinced me that I could do this and make my money back in a short timeRosalee S [redacted] Sincerely, Rosalee S [redacted]

To whom it may concern,I spoke with this client for a while and listened to all or her concernsI tired to help her on each one and tired to get her scheduled to work with our specialist to help her get going againShe refused and said she wont and wanted a 100% refundI explained to her that she has used our service more than anyone that Ive ever seenfor example: She spoke with our specialist over times (each by appointment only), called in for questions to customer service on different occasions, logged into our site and browsed our supplier pages over times, Requested separate searches to be done on products, and attended a conference in Las Vegas with her and her spouseI explained to her that after two years she's had this membership and all the services she utilized that we cannot offer a refundShe was very upset and said we've done nothing for herI explained that multiple people have tired to help and even offered again to get with one of our specialists to start the process over againShe once again refused and said she wanted a refundFinally I offered a partial refund and she again refused and stated that she wants 100% backI explained that we cant and she got upset and we got off the phoneIm not sure what else this client wants us to do for her besides refund 100%WE JUST CANT DO THAT

I am rejecting this response because: They didn't help me accomplish anything for my website to begin with so why should I accept $refund for something that I paid $for..I quite using their services after March of 2014, not for two years as the business states. (I don't think that from Septto March adds up to two years.) Why are they arguing how much I asked for assistance, when that was what the Personal Consultant was being paid for

I am rejecting this response because: I am not confused on previous investments that I have made. Instead I was misled by salesman Simon H[redacted] from Gogo Dropship, LLC. Immediately after paying the $5,000.00 I contacted Gogo Dropship and asked them to further explain the charge. We were assured by Simon H[redacted] that this was part of a program (Marquee Consulting) that I was previously enrolled in. It was necessary that to move forward in our previous program that we purchase Gogo Dropship's services. This was essential to meet the requirements in setting up an online business. Mr. H[redacted] led us to believe that the $5,000.00 spent was part of an initial investment we had already made.Since being misled by Gogo Dropship I have not received any correspondence from them. The alleged recordings they have of Mr. H[redacted] would be evidence to show he was not forthcoming but instead very deceptive. Again my husband and I do not accept the response from Gogo Dropship. We are asking that our $5,000.00 be returned back to us and all services discontinued moving forward.
