I've been ordering from gogo lush for about 2 years now. Got my 6th order from them and it's all so beautiful. Although I do wish the chain was longer but that's my fault. My 2 sisters and my cousin have all ordered from them as well and we all love everything!

I've ordered from them several times and they never dissappoint. The jewelry is such good quality and I wear it in the shower all the time. I was alos very impressed by their customer service. I had an issue with the package because I forgot to put my apartment number. They were able to contact the post office for me to get the uit number added! THank you again Kalauna ;)

They are HORRIBLE when it comes to Customer service. My necklace arrived broken, the charm fell of within only an hour of wear. I was told that I'd get a refund and even got an email confirmation. I had to email them all week before I would finally get any response. They then retracted the refund and in the end, PayPal ended up giving my money back. I would stay as far away from this company as possible. They also have an admin that screens the reviews on their website which is why they don't have any reviews under 4 stars.

This customer emailed us asking why she didn't receive 40% OFF her orderI am assuming she didn't enter the discount code correctly because used the discount code and it works just fineWhen I responded to her letting her know the discount code is working she responded with she is contacting
the Revdex.com and filing a fraud complaintSee below as proofWe don't have issues with the discount codes so I am not exactly sure what she did to not receive itWe received no other complaints about the discount code not workingWhenever someone sees a discount code after the fact I always offer to give them store credit for the difference they would have savedI have no problems offering this to this customerShe can email me to receive her gift card codeThank you!

HORRIBLEThis company took forever to answer my emailsNot to mention two watches came very scratched and broken! When I tried to return the watches they once again took even longer to anserWhen I finally sent the package back I put a tracking number and can see that theyve had it back for a week now and still havent emailed me! They still havent sent me another watch back in exchange and baisically stole my moneyAbsoloutely rotten company
