July 30, To Whom This May Concern;Concerning rejection response from *** *** complaint # ***:The facts are that we went out to service this customer on separate occasions, once for the outdoor condenser unit and the second call was for the inside coil & air handlerIf the proper maintenance was performed by this homeowner cleaning his filters, he would not have had to call us months later.Furthermore, *** *** has not paid the balance of the second service call, he gave ourtechnician $cash, but has not paid the balance of that service $105.00; therefore there is nothing to refund to him.Sincerely,Gohn & Stambaugh

 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:
Regards,
[redacted] For a job that cost  close to 500.00 dollars a 30 day warranty is not enough. And the first guys that came out should had checked the coils and filter. And to charge me a service charge for the second time they came out is not good business practice. I would like for the company to removed the service charge for the second bill for the reason stated.

March 7, 2016To Whom it May Concern,Response of Letter dated February 22, 2016.Quote: "So, this complaint can be closed as it is not a matter of me not being able to pay for the repair of my wall."After all, holes are never the same size, nor do manufactures make an access panel for every size hole.We are only too glad to refund [redacted]'s $75.00 that was paid by her for the initial service; life is just too short to go on about this.SINCERELY,BENRUS S

Review: The company came to my house to fix my ac unit 2 times. The first time they came out they did some work on the unit and charge me 427.00 dollars for the repair. The second time they came out, they came out to work on the same ac unit and they charged me for the work again saying that the first repair was out of warranty and that they would have to charge me for the diagnostic fee, and for cleaning the unit. It is not fair that they are charging me a diagnostic fee on a repair that they did before and also to charge me for the cleaning of the unit when that should had been done when they first came out to work on my unit.Desired Settlement: I would like this bill to be waived because I feel that for them to charge me again to correct the problem on the same ac unit they worked on is not fair. And to charge $427.00 on a job and only give a 30 day warranty is not fair also.

Regards,

They perform plumbing services in my home. They repaired sump pump which according to their technician was fixed. Last week we had rain and the water was all in the basement and I call them they were rude and the manager was defending this technician. So I called another company to fix the issue , their cerified technician told that the other technician has drilled hole in the sump pump pipe which is wrong there is no problem with my sump pump and he fixed it . I don't recommend these people to any one in the future.
