I am rejecting this response because:This is not a resolution to my problem just a cop out. I will be taking this matter to California Small Claims Court.Best,[redacted]
Review: Goins Appraisal service was the first appraiser to inspect the home I am about to purchase. The appraisal was ordered on 08/26/2015 and we did not receive the incomplete appraisal until 09/17/2015. This is an unacceptable amount of time to handle an appraisal. Mr [redacted] was very short and rude with the current owner of the property. [redacted] the current owner offered to take Mr. [redacted] around the 7.3 acre property to show him the many features that add value to it. Mr [redacted] refused to even look at anything but the house and only spent 15 minutes on the property. When we finally received the incomplete appraisal he gave no value for over 4 acres of land and no value for three out building, three ponds, water rights, and many other features that give the land value. I now have had another appraisal done and another provided by the seller both showing an additional 100k in value.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the appraisal
