We corresponded back in July and I had replied that the company "GOJI" had responded satisfactorily to me apparently after you had contacted them. However, in their satisfactory response, they promised that the product I had ordered from them...

back in March would ship to me in August - note that it is now 24 November !! I have emailed them several times since they missed the August commitment and they have not responded to a single email (other than some sort of robo response stating that they had received my email.)
I am now concerned that we cannot depend on what they say, and would like to pursue any necessary action remedy this situation, to include refunding my monies ($542) which allows me to buy another door lock from another manufacturer to protect my home.
So sorry to ask you to have to intervene, but I am not getting any response from them
