We have reviewed the calls leading up to Ms***'s purchase of a *** Homeowners policy and confirm her version of the events. The difference in premiums was the result of our mistake and we are reimbursing Ms*** for the difference between what was quoted and the policy's
ultimate premium. We have been in touch with Ms*** to apologize for the situation and to inform her that we have issued a check for the $difference, she has advised this is an acceptable response to her complaint

assuming what happened was that we stopped using the number, the gentleman got the phone number and now he’s getting calls trying to reach GOJII’ve also attached a call from *** to an agent on the floorOne of our employees called the cr (from the complaint) and reached one of our sales agents on the floor. Please note that the phone log above is "inbound" calls to this number We researched the matter further and found that we still own this phone number. If you cannot resolve this matter with the phone carrier and the issue persists, please contact me directly.
