This site claims to be fast and efficient as well as cheap but my experience with them would differ from thatI noticed before my order they were out of the particular chip I wanted so I contacted customer service on 3/29/an asked when they would be availableI was told at least days but I needed them sooner so I went with my second choice chipa couple days later after my order which totaled dollars I noticed that they had gotten my first choice chips inThis upset me because I could have waited and just ordered the right chip with faster delivery in time for my game if I had been given the proper timelineIn any case my problems with this company didn't end thereDuring the order they ask for standard information such as billing address, shipping address, contact email and phone number, etcI gave them all this information and eagerly awaited the deliveryMy order took place on 4/1/with ground shipping and my game starts on 4/11/which left plenty of time for my product to get here because they said between 3-business days for deliveryon 4/9/I called them and talked with a very ignorant customer service lady who was not only rude but short with meShe even threatened to hang up on meAt this time a supervisor who was monitoring the call took over and apologized for her staffs attitudeI asked where my chips were and she informed me they had not left the warehouse because I failed to get back with themThey stated that my shipping address and billing address were different so they could not ship my materialI asked why I did not receive and information about this and she could not answer why they did not call because they had my numberShe stated they sent me an email which I did not get on 4/1/explaining thisIf I were running that business and they had someones money for days I would have tried more then once to contact them via email an certainly would have called them.This whole time I had been waiting on my chips with the days till my game ticking away then on 4/9/they inform me of all thisI could not believe thisDuring the days I was waiting I had contacted them via email times about my order for which I had received reply'sNone of which had any information about my order being in dispute about a shipping addressThis was my experience with themThe call ended with me receiving a refund because they could not offer anything else to resolve this issueThe refund which takes hours would not help me open my game on time so basically I was out of luck with that
I would NOT use Green Valley Glass if they were they only company in town I have been in Vegas for years and have never been treated so rudely by a business in all those yearsI have built houses and remodeled and would never use this place nor recommend them to anyone
