Hi ***
I spoke briefly with *** (he is international right now, but we can discuss more in depth once he returns) regarding this claimApparently, he has replaced the USB (which is what we believe she is calling the “chip”) and she is not able to make it work in her computerHe has worked
hard to try to solve this problem with herUnfortunatelyOn the day of her skydive, she became ill and vomited, and was upset by that. He is wondering now if we should just go ahead and refund her for the skydive itself (even though she did complete it and nothing went wrong on this end)*** is very upset to have a negative word out for the company and would like to work together to resolve this in the best way possiblePlease advise us as to what the best way to move forward would be. Thanks in advance,*** ***
