This Business stole my 3 boxes . Since December 2023. I tried to contact Sr. Alvaro . He was the worse person I haven't seen in my life. I don't know what to do. We should sue him..

He stole my boxe since January 2023 he never pic up my phone call he is a horrible person I want call the police for him is just a matter of time

On March 06, I had the two owners ( MrAlvaro F [redacted] and MrDanilo S***)of the moving company Gol Moving picking up two big, French style, upholstered, light blue armchairs from my home in [redacted] to be shipped by their company to my friend in [redacted] They had told me over the phone that the shipping would be $250.00; the price was changed without my knowledge and (MrAlvaro F*) made a receipt of $I didn't questioned the price and I gave him the moneyThey guaranteed me that the chairs would be delivered in three monthsIt wasn'tI called MrAlvaro F [redacted] ( [redacted] ) and he told me that the chairs were already in Brazil I called again around July or August ( I am not sure exactly) and MrAlvaro F [redacted] told me that the chairs were in their trucks ready to be taken to their final destination: [redacted] September /arrived but not my chairs at their destinationI called MrAlvaro F [redacted] and he merciless told me: "the tru
