Review: I purchased a custom made chain in what was supposed to be 10K gold, the chain has been tested and retested, its junk, scrap, a low grade of gold, some people say its plated, others say its fake.Gold is gold there should be no method to finding out what it is. [redacted] the [redacted] charged me $3500.00, when I alerted him to this and asked for my money back, he screamed threatened and cursed me out. Refusing to refund my $. If its not what its supposed to be and valued no where near he charged me something is terribly wrong.Desired Settlement: If the chain is valued at $1000, I would like a refund for the difference I was charged. I am not looking to cheat him like he cheated me, I just want to pay what the chain is worth.
