Please confirm complaint was filed on behalf of Gold Canyon Independent Fragrance Consultant *** *** ID *** and if the order *** is the one in questionConsultant also needs to confirm what is in question with regard to this orderIf the complaint is on *** behalf and
regarding the above mentioned order, then here is the information foundAll items entered on Order ***, were submitted under the Consultant’s name and automatically charged the Consultant’s price, which is the retail price minus the Consultant’s 25% Base CommissionThis order was entered by the Consultant, *** *** through the Consultant PortalGold Canyon received payment for the Consultant price on all products on order *** rather than the retail priceThe Consultant price was shown on the order prior to and after it was submitted to be processedThe 25% Base Commission for these items needs to be paid by the customer to the Consultant because Gold Canyon did not receive those monies and cannot refund or payout what was not received by itFurther investigation shows the Consultant placed an order earlier, on 8/19/14, under her own name and received that same 25% discount/Consultant priceShe called Gold Canyon on 8/20/to find out why the price on the order was not “correct” and the Partner Support Associate advised this was because she entered the items all under her name and paid the Consultant price for the order rather than the customer price for the orderShe was also told she could cancel the order and place it again, but she said no, she’d learn for the next timeGold Canyon’s Partner Support Associate advised her how to place orders in August to either be paid her commissions by the company or how to retain the commission (paid by customer)She was also reminded that she could reach out to her upline to help her understand this process betterIn addition to this, instructions for placing orders is detailed in the document “A Tutorial on Placing Personal Orders & Scent Mixer Orders” on the Consultant PortalGold Canyon charged the Consultant the correct price for all items on order ***So, there is no money to refund her or commissions to be paid by the companyThe company can work with her to help her understand how to place orders in the future, if she wants to be paid her Base Commissions monthly by the companyOur Partner Support Associates are very willing and able to help her with this processSincerely, Gold Canyon Home Office

If the complaint is on [redacted] behalf and regarding the above mentioned order, then here is the information found. All items entered on Order [redacted], were submitted under the Consultant’s name and automatically charged the Consultant’s price, which is the retail price minus the Consultant’s 25% Base Commission. This order was entered by the Consultant, [redacted] through the Consultant Portal.
Gold Canyon received payment for the Consultant price on all products on order [redacted] rather than the retail price. The Consultant price was shown on the order prior to and after it was submitted to be processed. The 25% Base Commission for these items needs to be paid by the customer to the Consultant because Gold Canyon did not receive those monies and cannot refund or payout what was not received by it.

Review: Gold Canyon will not refund amount do to consultant for aggreement made. Consultant entered data when ordering on web page how she was told to by a company representative. Gold Canyon sold product to consultant for one said price. Consultant overpaid for product when ordering. when asked for credit back Gold Canyon's reply was that they cannot refund any credit back because data was entered wrong when ordering. Although an agreement was made between Gold Canyon Candles and Consultant to purchase product for one price. When product was bought and sold for a higher price then agreement by a mistake, Gold Canyon Candles says was consultants fault, Gold Canyon could no longer honor the agreed priceDesired Settlement: pay back consultant for all transactions that were overpaid for

Review: I have not recieved my refund in the amount of 18.00 dollars its been more than 15 days I have payed a total of 32.00 to recieve my business kit of candles they only refund back 90percent when I made my payment towards the business kit it was 20.00 when I recieved it I wasnt satisfied so I sent all of it back I paid another 3300 dollars to send it back in all I am out of 65.00dollars for everything my first paymkent towards buying the business kit of candles was 20.00 I have not recieved no refund the refund was suppose to be given to me by [redacted] and I have e mailed yanya bruce several times in reguards to this they are not following there policy of refundsDesired Settlement: I have not recieved a refund that was suppose to be given to me in the amount of 18.00 I am out of alot of money dealing with this company as explained above

A refund check was mailed to Ms. [redacted] on 7/29/13, it was requested 7/17/13 by [redacted] in Finance and the process takes 5-7 business days to complete.The following apology was sent to Ms. [redacted] via email this morning.
