Again, I understand that you are not satisfied with my reply.  However, as I already stated, the car wash is 100% brushless and the materials are neo-glide substance (which is almost like felt).  This would make it impossible for your car to have been scratched.  Adding to this, I would like to state, if these materials were compromised in any way to leave marks or scratches, your car would not have been the only car on the line that day with the same complaint in the same area -- and it was the only complaint.   In addition, sometimes we are unaware of markings or anything on our cars, but they do become more noticeable when they are cleaned.    I hope this now satisfies you as we are not responsible and will not consider an estimate on something that we feel did not happen here.     [redacted] Magnotta Car Wash

Again in our previous response, the carwash was sold in October it is a totally new company. We would be happy to honor one of the coupon books but as for the others we can't help that. When I arrive at the cashier I was informed that they would only honor the gift card for that car wash. That wash only.  When I informed them I had other gift cards they said they would not honor any of those cards.  When I went home and googled “Golds Car Wash – While Plains it took me here [redacted]  When I click on the website it took me here [redacted]  where they are still selling the exact same “gift cards”, exact same!! They refuse to honor [redacted]Magnottas has been around forever so it is logical to believe I am not the only holding these gift cards. Thank you,[redacted]

The business has responded.  Please see below:When the customer came back the next day to discuss damage he thinks happened here the [redacted] took a look at his car and noticed the bumper had already been repaired and painted. The scratches on the car were not consistent they were scattered in...

different panels which would be difficult to have happened here. The cloth is the same on both sides and touches the car the same way. Also it would have happened to all of the cars we did that day. We are 100% brushless the materials are cloth and neoglide. We have accounts with most of the high end dealers who wash their cars with us regualry. The reason the [redacted] offered to rewash the car the next day is because the customer said he wasn't happy with the wash. We have bee in business for over 15 years and try to make everyone happy but we can't take responsibility for things that we know did not happen here.

Thank you your help.I read this to mean that they will honor one of the cards I have for seven (7) washes.  That is acceptable!  I will stop by to confirm with the car wash so there is no confusion!I have 2 other cards, one with 1 or 2 washes & another with 7 washes, I also have another with 7 washes that I can’t find.  If this is what they agree too I will send you a formal acceptance that says the following:“We have arrived at an agreement that is fair, equitable and generous.  I have a long history with this car wash and are looking forward to continuing this relationship.  They have always provide a high quality service.” [redacted]
