When her vehicle was finally settled with her insurance company we sold her another vehicle giving her $2000...

off of the price we were asking to accommodate her request to help her replace the vehicle that was totaled. In doing so, Gold did not inflate the value of the replacement vehicle. While Ms [redacted] may be blaming our business for her misfortune, Gold Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac accepts no liability in this instance. We sold her a replacement vehicle on 7/21/2016, not only to sell a vehicle, also to respond to a customer concern and help her out. We wish her the best and hope she enjoys the vehicle that she now has.
