Review: [redacted] was hired to preform home inspection for my buyers. He broke the main water shut off into my home. It cost me 1149 dollars to fix. It was verified by the [redacted] water meter field service rep. and [redacted] that while shutting the valve off for inspection he destroyed the ball inside either by turning it backwards or turning it more than a quarter of a turn. He did not own up to it at the time nor will he answer calls or Emails from both realtors after two daysDesired Settlement: He needs to send me a widow the money for the repairs as he left me with no water and would not own up to his mistake. He knew he did it because he had been inside for two hours running all water before he went outside and suddenly came to the door and announced "did you know you have no water" Amount of repair $1149.76
