On 8-19-I took my wifes [redacted] to Eddins [redacted] in Madison Va to install new tiresAfter installiung tires the service mgrinformed me that the mechanic had broke my door handle offHe said he would order one and replace itA few minutes later the service mgrcame back and said I should pay for halfI stated no the vehicle was in your shop your mechanic broke it you should fix itHe said he did not agree but would fix the door handleI wanted to stay on good terms with the dealer so I went back and told the service mgrI would pay for half which he said that was very reasonableTwo days later they called and said the door handle was their and ready to be installedWhen waiting in one of the empty offices in the showroom a little man came in and sat down, I said sorry for being in your office he quoted "All these are my [redacted] offices I am the owner and we are not paying for your [redacted] door handleI said could I have a business card so when I call [redacted] I get your name spelled correctHe said [redacted] does'nt own the dealership he doesRefused business card I found out later his name is [redacted] I payed half some dollarsA few days later my tire pressure light came on after making sure I had the proper pressure the light stayed onI took vehicle to my mechanic after checking he said the mechanic at Eddins [redacted] cracked the tire pressure monitor on the right rear wheel another dollarsI don't want any money just want people to be awareI sold cars at [redacted]  in Warrenton Va and kept a perfect customer satisfaction score for years

On 8-19-14 I took my wifes [redacted] to Eddins [redacted] in Madison Va 22727 to install new tires. After installiung tires the service mgr. informed me that the mechanic had broke my door handle off. He said he would order one and replace it. A few minutes later the service mgr. came back and said I should pay for half. I stated no the vehicle was in your shop your mechanic broke it you should fix it. He said he did not agree but would fix the door handle. I wanted to stay on good terms with the dealer so I went back and told the service mgr. I would pay for half which he said that was very reasonable. Two days later they called and said the door handle was their and ready to be installed. Refused business card I found out later his name is [redacted]. I payed half 80 some dollars. A few days later my tire pressure light came on after making sure I had the proper pressure the light stayed on. I took vehicle to my mechanic after checking he said the mechanic at Eddins [redacted] cracked the tire pressure monitor on the right rear wheel another 200 dollars. I don't want any money just want people to be aware. I sold cars at [redacted] in Warrenton Va and kept a perfect 4.0 customer satisfaction score for 8 years.

Review: First, it's HOA and management company's job to make sure that people at Rancho Conejo development don't grow any trees or plants very close to the property line to cause problems to their neighbors. They failed to do that. Second, when I notify Gold Coast that the neighbor's trees and vines have encroached my property and Gold Coast management has not responded properly and timely, even refused to act upon.Desired Settlement: I require Gold Coast to perform their duties or they should be replaced.

Review: I have been waiting for a reimbursement check of 840.00 for some termite work Varsity Park Villas was responsible for and have agreed in writing they would pay since March 31,2014. I had to pay for the work up front on the following townhome I owned [redacted] Marquette Street Moorpark California and Varsity Park Villas was the HOA for the property. The termite work had to be corrected before I could close excrow on the property because the buyers loan was a VA loan. Both the escrow company and Prudential Californai Realty tried to contact the HOA with no response. I have had numerous phone contact and phone conversations with [redacted] manager of Varsity Park Villas and have been promised several times in the past 2 months a check has been cut and on the way.Desired Settlement: 840.00
