Review: This business does not respond to my queries in a timely fashion. They have charged me with dubious late fees and hidden fees which were not anywhere mentioned in their advertising. I have been trying to get in touch with someone to answer my questions and nobody gives me answers or talks to me on the phone.Desired Settlement: I want to understand what these charges are, how they were arrived at and why I am being charged for wrongful things.

Review: My bill was paid automatically for the month of September ($54.88); I'm awaiting the return the prorated funds (thirty days / 54.88 = $1.83/day). We had five days of service ($9.15), so the overage is $45.73. Service termination was confirmed, but a final invoice was never provided.
