the earng could not be repaired so we gave her a pair of similar earings 14KT not 10KT a better quality earings and a greater VALUE .. WE ARE A REPUTABLE COMPANY AND EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT OUR FAULT WE MADE GOOD ON THE COMPLAINT FROM THE CUSTOMER. SHE REALLY NEEDS TO TAKE THIS BLEMISH OFF OUR BUSINESS SINCE WE DID THE RIGHT THING WHEN WE REALLY DID NOT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING....

Review: I [redacted] had brought a ring along with 2 pairs of earrings to be put on loan at Gold Coast II Gold Buyer in [redacted].

ALL OF MY ITEMS WERE IN UNDAMAGED CONDITION ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE!!

The lady who represents the company and wrote the loan ticket did not describe any damage to my jewelery prior to

loan because there was NO DAMAGE

I then went to retrieve my loan items on Sept [redacted] 2014 to find that one of the earrings out of the 2 pairs I had brought in along with a ring, the earring was damaged beyond repair!!! completely flat like a pancake if you will. When I showed the same lady representative for Gold Coast Gold Buyer the same one who took the items in and wrote the ticket [redacted] number 211 on june [redacted] 2014 she made a comment " its possible that this happened when the envelope was put into safe" " maybe something heavy was thrown on top". I met with a man named [redacted] whom I was told is the [redacted] he acted as if he didnt care and was not going to even try to work out or find out what might of happened to my earring while he had them for 90 days in his businesses possession. I even asked him to go to the cameras in the place and zoom in on me handing her the earrings to show that I brought them in undamaged. The lady who had originally helped me with this [redacted] offered to take the earrings to a jeweler for repair however they are beyond repair and that option didnt work out The actual [redacted] didnt offer to do anything!!!i purchased these earrings at [redacted] and they are still available for purchase in the amount of 89.99 plus ny state tax. I showed gold coast the earrings online on my mobile device when I was in the store to see if [redacted] the [redacted] would offer to replace them because in essence that is what I would like I just want to be able to have the earrings and wear them like I did prior to bringing them to Gold Coast on 6/**/2014 for [redacted] Please assist me on this matter. I gave the [redacted] 2 attempts to remedy the situation but he seems to have no interest. I allowed the lady representative who helped me originally took my earrings had them for over a week to see if they could be repaired which we all clearly could see they could NOT have but I allowed them to try. she finally called me back today 10/**/14 to tell me that "[redacted] has no intention on doing anything for you!!! "Desired Settlement: The earrings are still available at [redacted] where I had originally purchased them therefore I would like Gold Coast To Please Replace Them. they are 89.99 plus ny state tax. or the 89.99 plus ny state tax in cash to go buy the earrings to replace what Gold Coast has damaged on me.
