This is got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. From the actual Salesman who caused numerous delays because he didn't know what he was selling, to the billing department that would randomly just draw money from my credit card for payment without authorization. This should have been a simple order/install that took on many of downward spirals. Several hours of work missed only to have the appointment cancelled as they were to be there. First delivery, wrong style fence. Second time out, wrong color of material. Third time out, 2 different size fences with the wrong size gate. Waited 2 weeks after completion for the final from the inspector due to the fact they could not locate the permit. Just an overall bad experience with the lamest company I ever dealt with. They were totally lost on this complete job. One person had no idea what the other person was doing. Every time they showed up with the wrong material it would create another delay because now they would have to do a change order. If you are considering this company I hope my review steers you away, if not watch your credit card statement you make the initial deposit with, they will hit it when they feel like it. Also be prepared for a minimum of 7 to 8 week install. It takes them this long to get the order right.
