I called Onetravel on 9/16/@ 5:02pm pacific standard timeI had purchased airline tickets while talking on the phone to a representativeThe representative COMMUNICATED that if I choose to not go on the trip during the selected time frame, per the airline, I have up to one year to utilize the credit for the amount which was purchased and pay a $penalty fee per ticketUnder these conditions, along with buying insurance I will add, I bought the ticketsweeks prior to my trip, I called Onetravel on 11/2/around noon pacific standard timeI called to notify them that I will need to postpone the tripIt was then communicated to me that the ticket was non refundableI didn't ask for a refund, I asked to simply postpone the trip and communicated what the original representative from 9/16/communicated to meI was then transferred to a supervisor in which he communicated that he will track the phone call and get back to meI then received a message indicating that there was no record of my phone call from 9/16/I then contacted my phone carrier (***) and tracked the phone call on my call details and proved to Onetravel that in fact the call did take place given that it was indicated on my call details which is written proofThis was a FLAT OUT LIE from OnetravelThey had then communicated to me that they will need to investigate the phone call and get back to me within hourshours later, no follow up was made to me as promisedI then called on the 50th hour on 11/4/around 230pm pacific standard time and communicated that a follow up was not providedA supervisor then communicated to me that the penalty is $per ticket and I had a year that I can use the credit per the airlineHe then communicated to me that a supervisor will follow up with me hours laterhours later no follow upI called Onetravel again and communicated that this is completely unacceptableNot only do supervisors not follow up as promised to their customers but information that is given to customers constantly contradicts what was last communicated and additionally the fact that they LIED about no phone call record was found and I CAUGHT them lying in the act is completely WRONGI was promised that a supervisor was going to follow up with me during the weekend of 11/5-11/No follow up was made whatsoeverCOMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! BAD PRACTICE BUSINESSThey will persuade customers to buy tickets to steal their money and then provide contradictory information EVERY SINGLE TIME you callI am requesting a FULL REFUND given the abuse that they have caused with the deception and lies that are communicated to their customers along with ENGAGING IN bad business practicesThis was awful and COMPLETELY UNETHICAL and just wrong on so many levels

The following series of interactions took over 2 hours and five phone calls, including two in which the company disconnected me. After not receiving a confirmation email within 15 minutes of my flight booking, I was told, in order, that: 1. The booking was fine, I needed to wait ten minutes to get the confirmation 2. The booking was not fine, there was a problem with my card 3. The payment was fine, I needed to wait 2-3 hours to get my confirmation 4. The booking was not fine, there was a technical issue 5. The payment was not fine, I needed to call my bank 6. The payment was fine, I needed to wait for someone to come back from break to sort everything out 7. Everything was sorted out, the confirmation was on its way 8. The confirmation was not correct, there was a technical issue 9. The technical issue was sorted out, the new confirmation was correct All of the service reps are in India and seem pretty clueless about how to do things. In addition, they were dismissive and snotty, as if I did not know what I was talking about. While on hold, I started reading online reviews of this business. I am now deeply concerned that the tickets I ordered for May are not, in fact, valid. Emailing the company has resulted only in one-sentence "everything is fine" replies. I will never use them again and suggest that you do not do so either.

I have booked the hotel last Sept28, thinking it's near according to Map ViewThen I found out later on after calling the hotel directly that its miles away
Now, I have a big problemI cannot walk that farI could have booked a different hotel nearby but now I will be charged a penalty if I cancel my early bookingNow, I'm forced to rent a car and drive in an unfamiliar road miles from the conference centre back and forth for daysDriving in an unfamiliar location is very stressful and could be hazardous for usI'm a long time client of OneTravel and have tolerated minor hiccups from them but if this is not fixed or compensated for this stress, that's it for meNo more One Travel

I have been on a saga with this company I booked tickets for my wife and I from Seoul, Korea (ICN) to Kathmandu, Nepal (KTM) No fault by OneTravel on this point, China Eastern changed my layover to over hours stranding me in Kunming My request to remain in Shanghai til the next day was met over the phone and agreed upon, but I have since then called OneTravel on occasions I live overseas and have sacrificed hours of my time trying to ameliorate this one issueCurrent problems:
A) The online chat service did not work I used three browsers (Chrome, Firefox & IE), with the same result "You have been disconnected, leave a message."
B) Rudeness To be fair, this is hit or miss Two employees were very kind, and two were sharp-tongued and insensitive This past time, when I was chronicling my past with them, the agent told me to NOT compare this call with the last As though I was out of bounds when the promises were identical in all situations In short, I was portrayed as some sort of burden
C) Never got a call back on three occasions I was promised every time I would get a call back, and have yet to receive one I provided country code as well
D) Provided links failures I received an email from the actual schedule change department on time I was delighted, I clicked the link to review the change and I got redirected to a "thank you" page as though I had done something Meaning I cannot even review and accept what is offered to me And this change I was promised is time sensitive according to OneTravel
E) Solicitation Even though I was pre-approved, this past conversation with an agent kept trying to make me pay for a schedule change even though I had communicated that I am just trying to access the change that has already been approved He tried to do this twice during the conversation
I cannot compare this service with others since in the past an airline has never changed their schedule after purchase However, if this seems sub-par I highly recommend choosing another company

One travel displayed one price, but only after I entered my credit card details, they switched the price to a higher one, saying "Ooops, the price has just gone up 20%"This is highly inappropriate!!!

This company is fishy at best, and fraudulent at worstThey claim to have the lowest price guarantee on airfare - unlike *** *** *** etcthey offer airfare for a wide range of international carriersI needed to book flights in Brazil that were not available through the standard booking agents, so I tried using OneTravelThe site led me through the entire booking process, including taking credit card and billing informationThen on the very LAST step, a message popped up that stated my flights were no longer available at that price, and the price had more than TRIPLEDThis was far higher than is available through the airlines directly! Low price guarantee, what a lie! Not only that but if you go back to search for a new flight option, the previous low prices are still there for the exact same flightsWhat a ridiculous hoax! I had to contact my credit card company to put a flag up on my account in case they ever try to use my infoDO NOT USE ONETRAVEL.COM!!!!

I overlooked the currency (USD/CAD) and over paid for my ticket by over C$on your websiteHowever when I called to speak to a customer service rep about my options on price-match he was very rude and condescendingIt's not about the C$100; I probably should have paid more attention to the currency but how the CS rep responded was unprofessionalNeedless to say I will not be recommending your website to anyone

I purchased an airline ticket from One Travel January 24, On their website it DISTINCTLY states "free cancellations" I was reviewing my itinerary and it then was revealed to me that the price was in U.Sdollars I phone One Travel which when a representative picked up the phone said "***" I told the representative that I wanted to cancel my reservation at which point he informed me that there was a $25/reservation fee, plus $administration fees On my second reservation he informed me that the $cancellation fee also applied plus a $admin fee How does one reservation have an administration fee of $and the other reservation has a $fee???
This company is a VERY misleading and sneaky organization! I suggest to anyone who wants to do business with them, MAKE SURE YOU EXPLORE OTHER TRAVEL AGENCY OPTIONS BEFORE THIS ONE!!!! I have nothing but REGRETS for using my credit card and giving ONE TRAVEL/*** *** business!!!!
THINK TWICE before using them!!

I called Onetravel on 9/16/16 @ 5:02pm pacific standard time. I had purchased 2 airline tickets while talking on the phone to a representative. The representative COMMUNICATED that if I choose to not go on the trip during the selected time frame, per the airline, I have up to one year to utilize the credit for the amount which was purchased and pay a $100 penalty fee per ticket. Under these conditions, along with buying insurance I will add, I bought the 2 tickets. 3 weeks prior to my trip, I called Onetravel on 11/2/16 around noon pacific standard time. I called to notify them that I will need to postpone the trip. It was then communicated to me that the ticket was non refundable. I didn't ask for a refund, I asked to simply postpone the trip and communicated what the original representative from 9/16/16 communicated to me. I was then transferred to a supervisor in which he communicated that he will track the phone call and get back to me. I then received a message indicating that there was no record of my phone call from 9/16/16. I then contacted my phone carrier ([redacted]) and tracked the phone call on my call details and proved to Onetravel that in fact the call did take place given that it was indicated on my call details which is written proof. This was a FLAT OUT LIE from Onetravel. They had then communicated to me that they will need to investigate the phone call and get back to me within 48 hours. 48 hours later, no follow up was made to me as promised. I then called on the 50th hour on 11/4/16 around 230pm pacific standard time and communicated that a follow up was not provided. A supervisor then communicated to me that the penalty is $250 per ticket and I had a year that I can use the credit per the airline. He then communicated to me that a supervisor will follow up with me 4 hours later. 4 hours later no follow up. I called Onetravel again and communicated that this is completely unacceptable. Not only do supervisors not follow up as promised to their customers but information that is given to customers constantly contradicts what was last communicated and additionally the fact that they LIED about no phone call record was found and I CAUGHT them lying in the act is completely WRONG. I was promised that a supervisor was going to follow up with me during the weekend of 11/5-11/6. No follow up was made whatsoever. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!! BAD PRACTICE BUSINESS. I booked a flight on onetravel.com and got a booking number and everything. I got calls later from unknown numbers saying my card was declined. I found out the card company marked the charge was fraud. I got a call on a number I did not put on record. The first guy said he got the number from my bank but that number is not on my bank account.. These guys were in India and said they were with the fraud dept. I said why would your guy lie about the number he said the have search tools to look up numbers. I said again why would he lie. His name was [redacted] and said he was in charge and that there is no company rule that says they can not lie to customers. I questioned how it made sense that you're the fraud dept and telling customers lies. He became rude and nasty and I was rude back. He hung up.

WATCH THIS COMPANY!!

I called onetravel because My name was wrong because the person that booked my flight didn't know my first and when I called the person that I was talking with was very rude and ended up hanging up my call....I will make sure in the future I will not buy a flight with onetravel or any or my family or friends!

I have used OneTravel multiple times to make discounted airline reservations and have had nothing but excellent results! What really caught my attention was the first time I couldn't find anywhere a fare less than $3800 until I came across OneTravel and their fare was $1500. Every time I have received everything I would receive at any other site, but for MUCH less. I scanned through some of the negative reviews before being compelled to write this review. Just remember that the thousands of happy customers out there usually will not spend time congratulating a company for doing a good jobhowever, if one thing goes wrong, they will go to the end of the world to try to make them seem bad and make them pay. I have seen only good results and am willing to stand by my prior dealings as a badge of honor!

I used their website onetravel.com to book a flight from Hong Kong to Sydney due to depart in about 5 hours. I immediately received a booking receipt in the email with my flight details and charges to my credit card. Unfortunately the ticket number was never emailed to me. There was no further communication from this company until the flight has departed. Later that day I received an email advising me that my booking has been cancelled at my request (big lie!!). In further communication with the business I was informed that the booking was cancelled because they couldn't authorise my credit card (another big lie!!). I find this totally unacceptable to for them to sell flights that depart the same day and fail to immediately notify customer that there are any payment issues. Being under the impression that I've paid the money and therefore unable to cancel the booking, I wasted 5 hours unable to either confirm the flight I booked with OneTravel.com or to make alternative arrangements.

Do not trust this company and affiliates:

I booked reservations through One Travel in August 2014. The flights have had numerous changes all attributed to the airlines. I have traveled expensively booking reservation months in advance with little or no changes to the flights. I suspect it has to do with the fare class. I will never book through One Travel again, because the customer service is in India and they are hard to communicate with. They seem like a sleazy organization, because you cannot get their headquarters, some numbers listed fro them take you to [redacted] sites and they drop your calls very frequently. DO NOT USE THEM!

Review: I purchased a package including refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. I originally called to purchase just a counter depth refrigerator. I was told I could save money by purchasing a bundle of all 4 appliances. I agreed. First the stove was backordered for 1 week. They would not deliver the bundle of appliances until all were in stock. I had no problem with that. In reality, the appliances were not delivered until Sept ** -- 3 months after the order. I was promised them within about 2 weeks. I was not in a hurry for the appliances as my renovation was behind schedule, so I did not make an issue about the delay.

Once we opened the boxes, 3 weeks after receiving them, I realized that the refrigerator was not counter depth, as I had requested. The sales person steered me to the bundle, but it was not the proper refrigerator.

Gold Coast has a return policy of 30-days after delivery. I initiated the return with-in the 30 days. They are not disputing that. They are just stringing me along, only communicating through email, and responding after business hours, dragging this out. They finally promised a refund of $1699 (I have it in writing) and to charge $325 for return shipping, even though the receipt states: Estimated Return Charge if Unopened within 30 Days via GoldCoastAppliances Pickup: $273.75. I did not take issue with this since the refrigerator is unboxed.

The entire purchase was $3547. After promising a refund of $1699, once I agreed, they changed the refund amount to $1549 (less the $325 for return shipping). They have been dishonest and very difficult to work with. Further, the stovetop was cracked and the side panel dented. I contacted Frigidaire directly for replacement parts as I could not handle dealing with Gold Coast. I am so frustrated and overly upset at their insolence and double talk. Dealing with this company has been a true nightmare. I tried to paste the entire exchange with customer service in this box but I was getting an error message because it was too lengthy. Please send me an email address to send all the emails. They say it all!

Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like the refund promised ($1699 - $325 for return shipping). I would like them to pick up the refrigerator immediately as it has been sitting in my parents living room for 2 weeks. The company is deceitful and has given me the run around. I am only asking for what is fair. They should issue the refund of $1374 as promised in their email ($1699 - $325 for return shipping). The aggravation has been too much. I just want done with this as soon as possible.
