The OVERHEAD DOOR CO of MB was fantastic. They were quick to contact me. Robert called and was here to give a quote within 25 minutes. Steve then called and set up appt. for Tuesday and called back and asked if Monday was ok. Installer Jerry was here by 8:00 next morning and left by 11:15. Do not hesitate to use them.
I contacted Overhead door of Mb on Monday 2-29-16 spoke to Vickie .She made an appt for me on Thursday 2-3-16. That Thursday afternoon the tech Showed up at 4:00 pm. He could not identify the problem that I was having and informed me that he had to leave at 5;00 pm. I asked when he was coming back and informed me that it was not for him to decide asked me to call in to the office the next morning. I called in at 9:00 am the next morning and spoke to Vickie again , she said she would call me right back. I waited until 10;30 am to call back and she transferred me to the manager Joey, He informed me that he would not be able to send the tech back and because I did not buy the door from them that he would prefer that I find someone else to come out. I informed him that I would and I asked him to return the tool that his tech took from my property. He informed me that he would personally bring it that day . I called another installer that came out the same afternoon and in 30 min had me up and going.
My reason for this complaint is the lack of communication and professionalism that they show. and had no concern to help me after they took 4 days to come to me . then the tech had to leave after being there 45 min. to pick his kids up from school. when I had to call to reschedule they could not tell me when they would be able to come back out. When I pressed them for a reschedule they basically told me to go elsewhere, in which I gladly did . I would not recommend them for any service call or depend on them for any help. Hopefully they treat customer that buy their doors with more respect. Joey was very unprofessional and unconcerned. Vickie was somewhat helpful, Robert the installer was a nice guy but too much in hurry of which I understood his circumstance, but his company could care less to address my problem.and basically delayed my getting help for a week. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
