Gold Country Roofing

Review: In the summer of 2014, I hired this company to re roof a section of my roof. They did the job that was asked and everything seemed fine. Until we had a normal winter 2015-2016 and my roof significantly began to leak. [redacted], the owner, came out and determined that it was their fault because they built a box under the balcony instead for roofing under it, like it was originally. He claims that he was improving the roof because he assumed that the balcony was water tight (which it was not). Plus the box created an area were the water can pool and sit for a period of time. After he determined that it was his fault, he gave us the run around and then we never heard from him again. We have filed complaints with all the appropriate organizations to prevent others from this kind of disaster. Now we are left with not only a roof that still needs repairing but interior damages as well.Desired Settlement: I would like for Gold Country roofing to pay to have ALL the damages repaired inside and out.
