Gold Country Termite Control

Review: Gold Country Termite performed an inspection service for me, however they failed to deliver an invoice for the completed work until six month after the service completion date. I had assumed the invoice had been paid by the escrow company, apparently this was not the case. Within days of receiving the invoice (via email six months after the service date) I paid for the service in full. However, Gold Country Termite charged me late fees of $30/month starting one month after the date the service was performed, in addition, along with the invoice I finally got, the company also threatened to take legal action against me for failure to pay the original invoice (that I never got). The total amount of late fees in the invoice they finally delivered was $150, this was on a service of $150. As I mentioned I paid the service fee in full immediately upon invoice receipt, however, since I was never presented with an invoice to pay I do not feel I should pay these late fees since they are a result of the company not providing me with an actual invoice to pay.Desired Settlement: I would like Gold Country Termite to wave the late fees for this invoice as the delay was a result of their inability to deliver an invoice to their customer.
